В ряде прошивок с отключенными элементами экологии все же требуется физически демонтировать с автомобиля определенные компоненты (например, катализатор или сажевый фильтр) или отключить разъемы с определенных датчиков (например, датчик температуры ОГ, клапан EGR и т.п.)
  • TUN / MOD / Stage 1/ ST1 — тюнинговая прошивка Stage 1
  • ST2 — тюнинговая прошивка Stage 2
  • ORI / ORIG / STOCK — оригинальная (стоковая) версия прошивки
  • DPF off / noDPF / FAP off — в программе отключен сажевый фильтр (требуется демонтаж самого сажевого фильтра для корректной работы двигателя)
  • EGR off / noEGR — в программе отключен клапан EGR (необходимо физическое отключение для корректной работы двигателя)
  • VSA off / noVSA / FLAP off — в программе отключен клапан изменяемой геометрии впускного коллектора
  • E0 — программа изменена под стандарт Евро-0: отключены все датчики О2
  • E2 — программа изменена под стандарт Евро-2: отключены катализатор, вторые О2 датчики
  • LSU off — отключен второй лямбда зонд
  • SAP off — отключен насос продувки катализатора (вторичный воздух)
  • TVA off — отключен дроссельный узел (для дизельных двигателей)
  • EVAP off — отключена система продувки катализатора (для бензиновых двигателей)
  • MAF off — отключен датчик расхода воздуха
  • SCR off / noSCR / Adblue off / noAdblue — в программе отключен селективный каталитический нейтрализатор (SCR) и система подачи присадки (мочевины ADBlue)
  • Spdlmt/SL — повышен предел ограничителя скорости
  • RPM limit — повышен предел ограничителя оборотов
  • IMMO off — отключен иммобилайзер
  • ELAB off — отключен клапан Elab
Прошивка является цифровым товаром — т.е. изделием, воспроизводимым на технических носителях. Такие товары НЕ подлежат возврату или обмену на аналогичный товар. Что такое  (Fuel Trim) топливные коррекции ? 
Коррекция топлива (Fuel Trim) — это система, используемая ЭБУ (электронным блоком управления) для поддержания оптимального соотношения топливно-воздушной смеси (AFR) в реальном времени. Она играет ключевую роль в обеспечении производительности, экономичности и экологичности двигателя.

ЭБУ корректирует подачу топлива, ориентируясь на данные от датчиков, таких как кислородный датчик (Lambda), датчик массового расхода воздуха (MAF) и датчик абсолютного давления (MAP). 
Основные типы коррекций топлива:

- Краткосрочная коррекция топлива (Short-Term Fuel Trim, STFT):

Это мгновенные, быстрые изменения в подаче топлива.
ЭБУ реагирует на текущие условия, учитывая данные от датчиков.
Например, если смесь становится слишком бедной, STFT увеличит подачу топлива.

- Долгосрочная коррекция топлива (Long-Term Fuel Trim, LTFT):

Это накопленные изменения, основанные на долговременных наблюдениях ЭБУ.
LTFT корректирует базовые карты топлива, компенсируя изношенность компонентов (например, форсунок) или изменение условий эксплуатации (температура, высота над уровнем моря).
Нормальные значения коррекции топлива:

STFT и LTFT:Нормальный диапазон: от -10% до +10%.
Значения ближе к 0% указывают на правильную работу топливной системы.
Положительное значение (+): ЭБУ добавляет топливо, чтобы компенсировать бедную смесь.
Отрицательное значение (-): ЭБУ уменьшает подачу топлива, чтобы компенсировать богатую смесь.
Причины отклонений в коррекции топлива :
Бедная смесь (LTFT/STFT > 10%)

Возможные причины:Утечка воздуха после MAF (впускной тракт, вакуумные шланги).
Засорённые или неисправные форсунки.
Недостаточное давление в топливной системе.
Неправильная калибровка прошивки.

Богатая смесь (LTFT/STFT < -10%)

Возможные причины:Избыточное давление топлива.
Подтекание форсунок.

Роль коррекций топлива после чип-тюнинга: 

После чип-тюнинга изменение карт впрыска и работы датчиков может повлиять на коррекции топлива. Важно проверить:

Стабильность значений STFT/LTFT:После модификации прошивки STFT может временно изменяться, но LTFT не должно выходить за пределы ±10% при нормальной эксплуатации.

Работу модифицированных датчиков:Например, после отключения лямбда-зонда (Euro 2) корректировки могут быть минимальными или отсутствовать.

Равномерность коррекций на всех оборотах:LTFT и STFT должны оставаться в пределах нормы при холостом ходе, средней и полной нагрузке.

Как проверить и интерпретировать коррекцию топлива?

Необходимое оборудование:

OBD-II сканер или диагностическое ПО (Torque, ELM327, PCMScan и др.).
Логгер для записи параметров.
Процедура проверки:

Прогрейте двигатель до рабочей температуры.
Снимите показания STFT и LTFT:На холостом ходу.
На постоянной скорости (50–60 км/ч).
При интенсивном ускорении.

Запишите результаты и проанализируйте:Если на холостом ходу коррекция отклоняется сильно, возможно, проблема с утечкой воздуха или системой впрыска.
Если коррекции нормальные на холостых, но отклоняются при нагрузке, проверьте датчики MAF и топливную систему.

  • Долгосрочная коррекция топлива (LTFT)
Указывает на общую адаптацию топливной карты.
  • Топливное давление (Fuel Pressure)
Важно для проверки стабильности топливной системы, особенно на высоких нагрузках.
  • Давление наддува (Boost Pressure / Manifold Absolute Pressure, MAP)Показывает текущее давление в коллекторе. Сравните с целевым давлением (Target Boost).
  • Целевое давление наддува (Target Boost Pressure                     Значение, к которому стремится система управления турбиной.
  • Положение актуатора турбины (Wastegate Duty Cycle) Показывает, как управляется клапан для регулировки наддува.
  • AFR (Air-Fuel Ratio)Отношение воздуха к топливу.
    Оптимальные значения:Холостой ход: ~14.7:1 (для бензина).

  • Lambda (λ)                                                                                           Нормальное значение: около 1.

  • Температура выпускных газов (Exhaust Gas Temperature, EGT)      Критично для турбированных двигателей.
    Оптимально: до 900°C (дизель) или до 1000°C (бензин).

Модуль Bosch MEDC17 BENCH [SM2 ONLY]
Универсальный модуль для работы в режиме Bosch Service Mode (BSM) на столе с блоками управления Bosch ME(D)17 и EDC17 на базе процессоров Infineon TC17xx.

Позволяет чтение и запись Flash памяти и EEPROM на столе (BENCH) с автоматическим определением типа процессора и размера памяти, используя Bosch Service Mode (BSM). Коррекция КС производится при записи. Не требует вскрытия блока управления.

Модуль FCA Petrol Gen2 CAN
Модуль для работы с автомобилями производства FCA group (Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Fiat) с блоками управления Continental GPEC2 LOCKED, GPEC2A, GPEC3, GPEC4, GPEC4LM.

Данные блоки установлены на бензиновых автомобилях перечисленных марок и с 2013 года имеют внутреннюю защиту (LOCK) от тюнинга.

Для успешного проведения записи требуется обязательное снятие защиты (ECU Unlock) в режиме BSL, для чего требуется разбор блока и подключение "на столе" согласно инструкции.

Модуль позволяет производить следующие операции:

Идентификация и получение статуса защиты (LOCKED/ UNLOCKED)
Чтение FULLFLASH через OBD2
Чтение EEPROM через OBD2
